The Comfort Inn & Suites West - Medical Center in Rochester exceeded my expectations with its attentive staff, comfortable beds, and convenient location near various attractions. the breakfast selection was impressive, although some items were not as warm or diluted as desired. the friendly and hardworking employees truly made our stay memorable, especially Beck at the front desk. the hotel offers great amenities like free WiFi and a hot tub, ensuring both business travelers and tourists have a pleasant stay. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor breakfast bar improvements needed. Can't wait to return with friends for another enjoyable trip.
